Crawford house apartments is a five story redevelopment of an existing four story financial building located at 430 Crawford St. The project brings needed high density housing to support the already heavily developed area of Downtown Portsmouth.
Hoggard-Eure’s responsibilities for the project included civil site design, site utilities, drainage, landscaping, and surveying services.
